I will choose it for sure for next trip, enjoyed this place. The staff is attentive here, the services are excellent, and location is good not far from the center of Ajijic, the airport and Lake Chapala. Make sure to get guest room with the breakfast included and the bathroom, as for instance...

The hotel was charming and fairly clean in a great area. We really enjoyed the room, it was incredible and lovely. Great position was an added bonus. Great views from the rooms and a peaceful location, within walking distance to the Church of Ajijic. The area around the hotel is really nice. 🌄

The service at Hacienda Del Lago Boutique Hotel was outstanding! The staff greeted us with a smile and provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. The hotel property was beautifully maintained and had a true hacienda feel. The food at the on-site restaurant was top-notch, and the bar and pool area were very enjoyable. We also indulged in a spa treatment, and it was fantastic. Our room was clean, comfortable, and we felt safe. we were impressed with the hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

All was fine during my stay.

Good From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. the staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. the luxurious spa and wellness center provided a range of exclusive amenities such as massages, full body treatments, and saunas, all to help me unwind and relax. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with beautiful sun loungers and a sun terrace to soak up the rays whilst enjoying a refreshing drink from the in-room bar. the private facilities, such as the treatment rooms, made me feel truly pampered.

Bad the lighting in the room was a minor issue but could have been improved, with bright LED lights that made the ambiance feel a little sterile. the beauty treatments and the manicure and pedicure made up for it.

The hotel provided an excellent service with friendly staff who were very attentive to guests' needs. the breakfast had a range of options, including fresh waffles and eggs. the location was perfect with an easy walk to the Malecon, the town centre, and the lake shore. Guests also had comfortable street parking and the hotel was surrounded by beautiful gardens.

The fan provided in the room could have been inadequate for hotter temperatures.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The rooms have a view of a beautiful garden and the hotel is located very close to the center of Ajijic, as well as being within easy walking distance of the Malecon. We loved the location, just a short walk to town centre in a great area. It was also comfortable to park on the street. The hotel has good facilities, including a lovely garden and pool. The staff was fabulous, welcoming us with a drink on arrival and providing useful transportation information.

We had a weekend getaway and enjoyed the sunset walks by the ocean. The room was quite spacious and the hotel grounds were beautiful. There was a heated pool that was perfect for a refreshing afternoon dip. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was included and it was really good.

The hot tub was not hot and the shower had no hot water. The WiFi network did not reach our room and the TV remote was lost.

The hotel was such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. the room had everything you need and the staff were fabulous. Another plus was that the hotel offered complementary Wi-Fi and a heated pool which was never too crowded. the location was great as it was only a minute's walk away from the Malecon which had many restaurants and shops.

Although the room was equipped with all the necessities, it was smaller than expected. the lounge chairs by the pool were not comfortable.
